I'm Rachel and the founder of Integrated Healing Vibes. As a certified Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Life Coach, and former international public health professional, I have supported hundreds of people over the past 20+ years find more empowerment, calmness, and balance in their daily lives.

I work with middle-aged professionals (parents and non parents) who are in the midst of or on the verge of a major life shift such as divorce or a career change. My clients often face sleepless nights and stressful days feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed, with less patience to deal with challenging situations such as misbehaving children, disagreements with their partner, or demanding co-workers.
