A holistic 6-month program including individual healing and life coaching sessions, plus more! * Are you a busy parent and/or busy person who is looking to get better results in your life around money, health, and/or relationships? * Do you want to feel more empowered centered, and find the confidence to live your life to its fullest potential? * Do you want to improve your well-being mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually? If you answered YES to any of these questions, then this program might be for you! Working together, we will explore what is stopping you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, so that you can get what you want and need! This synergistic combination of life coaching and energy healing provides a safe container for healing at all levels. Holding both sessions close together provides many benefits, including but not limited to: >> Increased feelings of balance, calmness, clarity, etc. >> Feeling "unstuck" and more motivated to do all that you want and need to do! This 6-month program includes: -- Six (6), 60 minute life coaching sessions (online or in person); -- Six (6), 30 minute energy healing sessions (online or in person); -- Three (3), 30 minute follow-up calls every 2 months to talk about how the integration and learning is going; -- Access to Rachel via email or WhatsApp for questions/comments on any related topics during the 6 month time period. Plus a bonus if paid in full before first session: -- Each client will receive a hand-picked crystal or essential oil selected just for them!
