About the event
This Usui Reiki class is the first in a series of 3 levels, plus Mastery. Level I introduces the Usui Reiki energy system with a focus on self-healing. Students will learn about the history of Reiki; the basics of energy, including the chakras and meridians; Reiki self-healing techniques; and will receive a healing attunement.
