About the event
This practitioner training program consists of 3 classes that includes both Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 levels. After you complete the initial Reiki 1 class, we will proceed to schedule two additional classes focused on Reiki 2. This structured approach ensures that you receive thorough training and support as you advance in your Reiki practice.
Usui Reiki Level 1 introduces the Usui Reiki energy system with a focus on self-healing. Students will learn about the history of Reiki; the basics of energy, including the chakras and meridians; Reiki self-healing techniques; and will receive a healing attunement.
Reiki Level 1 class includes the following:
- An intro to energy healing and the Usui Reiki system
- History of Reiki
- Overview of chakras
