About the event



Students will learn Usui Reiki levels 1 and 2 in this packaged class and will become Reiki 2 practitioners by the end of the training. Level 1 will be taught on February 8th. Level 2 classes will be held over two Saturdays in March/April, as there is more to cover. Dates TBD, depending on students' schedules.


Level I introduces the Usui Reiki energy system with a focus on self-healing. Students will learn about the history of Reiki; the basics of energy, including the chakras and meridians; Reiki self-healing techniques; and will receive a healing attunement. 


 Reiki Level 1 class includes the following:

- An intro to energy healing and the Usui Reiki system

- History of Reiki
