Retreat activities will take place at the Canaan Valley Spa and Wellness Center, as well as next door at the beautiful Valley View Cabin Resort, where guests can stay (see below for more details). Both are located within Timberline Mountain, a four seasons resort located a 3-hour drive from the Washington, DC area.
The Spa offers a tranquil oasis where guests can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and embark on a journey to rejuvenation and self-discovery, and staff are dedicated to providing a holistic approach to well-being, encompassing mind, body, and spirit.

Accommodations
Retreat guests who require lodging are invited to stay at the brand-new Valley View Cabin Resort, which is located inside Timberline Mountain Resort, next to the Canaan Valley Spa.
Choose from a one or two bedroom cabin (roommates can be arranged), each designed with unique customized decor to provide a comfortable and luxurious experience. Each cabin includes a well-appointed kitchen, large bathroom, hot tub with pergula, and a fire pit. Enjoy the views from your front porch overlooking miles of high mountain valley, or join others at the communal fire pit.
Cabin Pricing for the weekend (includes all cabin costs)
Two bedroom cabin (2 nights): $400 per person
One bedroom cabin (2 nights): $700 per person
