Reflexology is the science based on the principle that each part of the feet, hands and ears are related to every organ, gland and body part. As your feet, hands and ears are reflexed (via finger pressure and stone tools), your energy pathways unblock and your body awakens to self-healing. Reiki energy is often incorporated into the reflexology session as well.
