Reiki (90 minutes)

Service Description

Reiki is a Japanese energy technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction and healing at all levels. During a session, the energy is directed to the person via a "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. During your session, Rachel will channel healing energy to you that clients often report makes them feel more grounded, relaxed and lighter afterwards. To promote deep healing, Rachel also incorporates acupressure, essential oils, and crystals during each session. Are you dealing with any of these issues?
